About this class…
This class will cover some of the basic closing documents you might sign at closing. All closings might have their own unique paperwork from the seller, agent, lender, or if there are any special or unusual circumstances like a deed restriction or covenants. This class will address typical documents, what they are, what’s on them, and who signs them. For more specific Habitat for Humanity documents please look for a class for your particular affiliate.
